Total 100,000 Romgaz Shares Trade on Bucharest Bourse

A total of 100,000 shares of Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG], equal to 0.026% of its share capital, were traded for 3 million lei ($0.76 million/0.68 million euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Thursday, stock exchange data showed.

The shares changed hands in two block deals at an average price of 30.5 lei each, Bucharest Stock Exchange data indicated.

The parties to the deals were not disclosed.

In regular trading, blue chip Romgaz was changing hands down 0.66% at 30.3 lei by 1543 CET on the Bucharest bourse.
