Spot Market Electricity Prices for Thursday, Nov. 21

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 336.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 250 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday showed a increase of 4.81% to 129.60 million liras, compared to Tuesday. The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 313.06 liras and 315.41 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Wednesday was set as 336 liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 200.01 liras at 05.00 local time. US$1 equals 5.69 Turkish liras at 11.16 GMT on Wednesday
