Slovenia's Petrol Shareholders Approve 2014 Gross Dividend of 11.7 Euro/Share

Slovenian energy company Petrol said on Thursday its shareholders have approved a gross dividend of 11.7 euro ($12.5) per share for 2014.

The company's management had proposed to pay a gross dividend of 10.1 euro per share for 2014, on par with the payout for 2013.

The company will distribute as dividend 24.1 million euro, it said in a statement.

Petrol's consolidated net profit rose 15% to 60.7 million euro in 2014.
