Slovenia's Petrol Plans Flat Dividend of 10.1 Euro/Share

Slovenian energy company Petrol, said on Monday it plans to pay a gross dividend of 10.1 euro ($10.6) per share for 2014, on par with the payout for 2013.

The company plans to distribute as dividend 20.8 million euro, Petrol said in a bourse filing.

The dividend proposal will be voted on at a shareholders meeting scheduled for April 23.
