No Changes Expected in Prices of Heating, Hot Water

"There will not be an increase in the prices of heating and hot water, even if a proposal for a slight increase in the price of natural gasis received by October, 1,” stated the Chairman of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission, Ivan Ivanov.

According to him, if the expected assessment for a 3.4% increase in the price of natural gas demanded by Bulgargaz is confirmed, the Commission has the right not to announce new prices of heating as, by law, this is only mandatory if there is a significant change in a price-forming element  - that is, natural gas – which is not the case at present.
