The latest issue of IENE’s quarterly publication "SE Europe Energy Review”, No.40 which covers the period October – December 2013, has just been published and was send to the Institute’s members and associates over the weekend. The Editorial of SEEER in devoted to the debacle between Russian and the EU over gas supplies and the South Stream pipeline and how the European Commission is now seeking an accommodation with Moscow, especiallyfollowing Ukraine’s latest rapprochement with Russia.
This latest SEEER issue contains useful analysis on the post Vilnius geopolitical alignment and Gazprom’s latest gas deal with Ukraine.
