With the presentation at the Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) last week (24/5) of the Institute’s flagship publication, the “ SEE Energy Outlook 2021/2022” the Institute concluded the first leg of specially organised events in Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia and Turkey which attracted select audiences from the local energy and financial sectors. The idea behind the above roadshows was to meet local audiences of energy professionals and engage with them through the presentation of a major study with direct bearings to energy developments in the region.
It is estimated that a total of approx. 300 participants actually attended the above presentations by physical presence or online. The full presentations as they happened in the different settings in each country have now been uploaded at www.IENE.eu and are freely accessible.
Now, a second series of roadshows is being planned for autumn this year and destinations will include Tirana, Zagreb, Bucharest, Budapest. Further ‘Outlook’ type presentations are being considered for early 2023 in London and Brussels provided that adequate backing can be secured. Details of the various events will become known from July onwards once arrangements have been completed with IENE’s local partners.
