Earlier today the last details of the microsite which contains all the material from IENE’s latest conference, which took place in Athens, on November 6-7,2024, were finalized. The microsite, which is accessible (here) contains all keynote addresses, the various presentations, interventions, a photo gallery and the video from the event.
The microsite also includes the Conference Background Paper and the Conference Overview and Conclusions. The Background Paper was jointly prepared by IENE’s studies coordinator Dimitris Mezartasoglou and Costis Stambolis, the Institute’s Chairman and Executive Director. While the conclusions were prepared by the Conference Rapporteur Mr. Nikolas Sofianos. This is an important 15-page document which outlines the sessions of the conference and highlights the most important points raised and also summarizes some of the discussions held. It is certainly worth reading it.
It is worth mentioning that this year’s conference was very well attended with 75 plus speakers and moderators participating and more than 400 delegates attending in person and online. Some 25 organizations and companies in all from Greece and other European countries actively sponsored and supported the event which is considered as being Greece’s largest energy event.
