These entities include Serbia's Clarion Partners Owner's Engineer, the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX), the France-based Mirova Hellas SAS, as well as Germany's STARVERT Energy GmbH.
The Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX – https://ibex.bg) was established January 2014, as a fully-owned subsidiary of the Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD. IBEX holds a 10-year license for organizing a Power Exchange in Bulgaria. In April 2024, the license was extended for another 10-year period and is now valid until 31.03.2034.
IBEX is a full member of the Single Day-ahead Coupling (SDAC) and the Single Intraday Coupling (SIDC). Since January 2016, IBEX EAD has been a full member of the association of European energy exchanges EUROPEX.
As of 15 February 2018 Bulgarian stock exchange AD is the sole owner of the shareholder’s capital of IBEX EAD.
Clarion Partners Owner's Engineer is an Engineering Services company providing owners engineer expert services in energy projects, which has recently developed a branch in Serbia (https://clarionpartners.rs/).
