With the loan KfW is continuing its support for the implementation of energy projects in Bosnia, FIPA said in a statement, quoting the director of KfW's Sarajevo-based office Matthias Schmidt-Rosen.
Two other Bosnian wind parks projects - Mesihovina and Podvelezje - have receivedKfW loans of72 and 65 million euro, respectively.
A 50-year concession to build and operate the Hrgud wind farm - comprising 16 turbines of 3 MW each - in the municipality of Berkovici has been grantedto the Serb Republic'spower utilityElektroprivreda Republike Srpske (ERS).
The wind farm’s annual net production is estimated at 125.9 GWh, ERS told SeeNews earlier.
The Serb Republic is one of the two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina, the other is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
Bosnia has a further two power utilities -Elektroprivreda HZHBandElektroprivreda BiH, both based in the Federation.
