EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsiya Awards 1.8 Mln Euro Upgrade Deal to Local Co - TED

Heating utility EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsiya, part of Austria's EVN, has awarded a 3.6 million lev ($2.1 million/1.8 million euro) contract for rehabilitation works on its heat pipeline routes in Plovdiv to local company Electrolux Tabacov and Sons, a notice in the European Union’s procurement journal indicated.

Six offers were filed in the tender, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) on Saturday showed.

The value of the contract does not include value added tax.

Plovdiv is Bulgaria's second largest city.
