Cyprus - Based Co Exceeds 7% Stake Threshold in Slovenia's Petrol

Slovenian energy company Petrol, said on Wednesday Cyprus-based J&T Investments Opportunities Limited has exceeded the 7% stake threshold in the company.

As at March 24, J&T Investments Opportunities Limited owned 166,118 Petrol shares, representing 7.96% of the company’s voting rights, Petrol said in a statement.

Slovenian state holding firm SDH was Petrol's biggest shareholder with 19.75% at the end of 2014.

Petrol was trading up 0.34% at 279 euro ($306.6) by 1353 CET on the Ljubljana bourse on Wednesday.
