Bulgaria’s Ministry of Energy and the firm of Control
Engineering AD have inked an agreement on designing activities,
supervision, and consulting services in the realisation of the project
for building the Bulgaria-Serbia intersystem gas connector, the press
centre of the ministry announced.
The agreement, which is worth BGN 174,800, envisages for the consultant
to exercise supervision over the construction of the interconnector in
the Bulgarian section as well as make a conformity assessment of the
technical and working project.
The Bulgarian section of the Bulgaria-Serbia gas pipeline has a length
of 61.6 kilometres and is designed to transport some 3.5 billion m3 of
natural gas per year.
