Bosnia's Hidroelektrane na Vrbasu Net Profit Down 37% y/y in H1

Bosnian hydro power producer Hidroelektrane na Vrbasu [BANJ:HELV-R-A] said on Friday its net profit decreased 36.8% year-on-year to 2.8 million marka ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro) in the first half of the year. 

Revenue from operations came in at 11.3 million marka in the first six months of the year, some 21.8% lower compared with the like period a year earlier, the company said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

Operating costs decreased 14.1% on the year to 8.3 million marka in the January-June period.

Its shares last traded on the BLSE on May 8, closing 3.50% lower at 0.386 marka.
